Pauline Sosler Jankowski of New Hampton, NY, loving wife for 72 years to Henry L. Jankowski Sr. & retired postal service employee in New Hampton for 26 years, entered into rest on Thursday, May 25, 2017. She was 93.

The daughter of the late William Sosler & Elizabeth Greener Sosler, she was born on August 4, 1923 in Chester, NY.

Pauline married Henry Jankowski Sr. on January 7, 1945 in St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother who loved to cook and feed whoever entered her home. For many years, she & her husband ran a small greenhouse and sold vegetables and flower plants.

She is survived by her husband, Henry Jankowski Sr.; 3 sons, Henry Jankowski Jr. & companion Bonnie Osterdahl of Fair Oaks, NY; William Jankowski & wife Elizabeth of Long Beach Island, NJ, formerly of Middletown; Michael Jankowski Sr. & wife Tammy of Otisville, NY; 1 Sister, Lena Black of Little Rock, AR; 6 grandchildren; Joellen Hundelund & husband Kenneth, Andrew Jankowski & wife Denise, Jason Jankowski & wife Maureen, Corinne Jankowski, Michael Jankowski Jr. & Kaitlyn Jankowski; & 2 great grandchildren, Savanna Jankowski & Juliette Jankowski; numerous nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by 5 brothers, Frank, John, William, Raymond & Edward; 1 Sister Charlotte Gutowski; daughter-in-law, Janet Jankowski.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 29th from 6-8pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

A funeral mass will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, May 30th at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
